We want you to love your A.Kjærbede sunglasses, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all protective films and tags intact.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Sunglasses
Place the eyewear securely in its original branded case and shipping box to prevent any scratches or damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return label and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package at your nearest authorized parcel shop; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
